Logging In
Start by signing in to your account. If you need help retrieving your log in details, please contact us or follow this tutorial if you have Forgotten your Password.
After successfully logging in, please select Edit Site to alter any website you hold with us.

Edit Products
You will be redirected to the default Pages screen. Please hover your cursor over the Products tab and click it to open the products screen.
Locate the product you wish to edit and click the cog on the right hand side. From here, click Edit Product from the dropdown box.
Updating Product Info
Once you are on the edit product screen, you can update all information saved for that product. Each section is explained below.
Product info
This section controls the basic details of your product, including the product title, description, and whether the product is featured on your website.
Grouping
Use this section to organise your products. You can add a brand, product type, categories, and tags to help customers find your products more easily.
Pricing
This section allows you to set the product price. You can add a selling price, RRP price, wholesale price, or set the product as price on application.
Delivery Cost
Use this section to select the delivery option for your product. If delivery options have been set up, you can choose one from the list.
Additional Information
This section adds a table to your product for any extra details you want to include. This is useful for listing information such as size, colour, materials, or other product details.
Enable additional fields to add and display this table on your product page.
Images
Use this section to upload, change, or remove product images. Images help customers see what they are purchasing.
When you have finished making your changes, click Update Product at the bottom of the screen.
Your product changes have now been updated.
